My career has been marked by the successful scaling of digital business models in the areas of e-commerce and SaaS. As an interim CPO/COO, I was able to increase conversion and repurchase rates by integrating systems and improving the checkout UX. From a Founder to an Executive Leader
My mission is to translate strategic visions into tangible digital growth. I see myself as a bridge builder between C-level and operational implementation that delivers measurable results. My journey has taken me from being a pioneer in the early days of the mobile internet to a passionate founder to a strategic executive leader and interim consultant. This diversity of experience enables me to view complex challenges from different perspectives and develop holistic solutions that stand the test of time in practice.
My professional career began at otto.de, where I helped shape the first mobile business activities. However, the decisive phase was my time as an entrepreneur. As the founder of VITABOTE GMBH, I built a complete business model in a highly regulated environment, secured a seven-figure financing round, and, through experimentation, was able to halve the cost per order in six months and double monthly orders.
With my experience as a founder, I returned to the world of large corporations. As Head of Innovation Management at the OTTO GROUP, I orchestrated the group-wide innovation portfolio, piloted over 60 proof-of-concepts, and scaled 15+ into production. The introduction of dynamic pricing achieved a ~20% increase in sales, while CGI reduced content costs by ~50%. My role as Vice President New Business at the BAUER MEDIA GROUP was the logical next step. Here, I led a buy-and-build SaaS venture and was responsible for M&A integrations and international market launches, which led to a global rollout.
Since 2021, I have been supporting companies such as MEDSKIN SOLUTIONS AG as a transformation architect, where I modernized the digital infrastructure and established new revenue streams. By optimizing two international shops, D2C sales increased by 25% year-on-year. At the same time, the introduction of a new CRM system doubled the number of qualified leads. My current role as Interim CDO, CPO & Digital Transformation Consultant is the culmination of this diverse experience. I help companies realign their roadmaps and create data-driven foundations to achieve sustainable growth.
